Rescorp Gets A Rebrand

London Real Estate Office (LREO) has come a long way since its humble beginnings in 2010. Starting life as Rescorp, a boutique agency specialising in buying and selling prime luxury London properties, the company has seen impressive growth in its in 8 years, now becoming one of the capital's most trusted property agents.

The men behind London Real Estate Office - London's trusted property agent Vic Chhabria and lettings expert Michael Sevilla - reminisce on the development of the business, and what the future holds for the newly rebranded company.

Rescorp found its niche in high-end properties in some of London's most sought-after neighbourhoods like St John's Wood, Marylebone and Mayfair - areas that Vic knows well, as a lifelong resident of St John's Wood himself. "Like many new businesses, I was running Rescorp from my home in the beginning. I was fortunate to have built up a large network of contacts over the years so it wasn't long before Rescorp was getting traction from clients looking to buy, sell or rent Prime Central London properties."

It was soon clear that it wasn't just its portfolio of some of London's most desirable residences and Vic's intimate knowledge of the London property market that made Rescorp stand out from the crowd. It was Vic's dedication to creating and sustaining personal relationships with each client that really resonated with its target audience.

"It's a simple concept, but something I felt - and still do feel - really strongly about. When I was thinking about setting up my own business, offering each and every person who comes through the door a personal service that they can't get anywhere else was something that I wasn't prepared to compromise on. Buying or selling property is a significant milestone in peoples' lives, so I want every single person to feel that we understand their needs and we are right there with them, every step of the way. That's something I've always tried to instil in my business, even in the beginning when it was just me. It's so important making that personal connection with people, and taking the time to listen, understand and deliver on their expectations is something that we have always prided ourselves on."

With a wide range of desirable properties on their books and an unparalleled focus on delivering exceptional customer service, it wasn't long before Rescorp moved into its first office - a prime commercial space in St John's Wood - and more property experts joined Vic's team to keep up with growing demand. Up until this point, Rescorp focussed predominantly on buying and selling luxury properties, but as the company continued to grow and its name became synonymous in high-end London property markets, it became clear that there was a huge demand from investors too, looking to rent out their properties to other High Net Worth tenants.

Vic and his team were all too keen to bolster Rescorp's service offering, and before long Michael Sevilla joined the team 2013 to head up the lettings and management side of the company: "I have over 10 years' experience in property letting and management, so I was delighted to have the opportunity to take Rescorp to the next level. There is and has always been massive demand for luxury property all over London, so the new lettings and management arm of Rescorp took off almost immediately".

The partnership of Vic Chhabria and Michael Sevilla proved to be a formidable one, and the company continued to go from strength to strength, with Vic effectively leading the purchase and sales process whilst Michael had complete autonomy over the lettings and management of Rescorp's rental properties to tremendous success.

Having made sustainable progress, it seemed like the opportune time to rebrand the organisation to reflect the new change in direction - and thus, London Real Estate Office (LREO) was born. Having grown the company from the ground up, Vic in particular was delighted about the rebrand: "Michael and I had lengthy discussions about Rescorp and its future, and we decided that now was the time to make a positive change".

"To me it was a scary prospect, changing our brand after everything we've built with Rescorp, but we both feel that London Real Estate Office sums up who we are and incorporates everything we do. It's still the same team at LREO, with all the same experience, expertise and knowledge, but now we're able to take our company to the next level to better serve each and every person who comes through our doors, whether a buyer, seller, renter or investor. LREO offers a full service - everything under one roof - but still with the same friendly team who are focussed on delivering a personal service to every single client".

Michael was equally excited at the prospect of the rebrand: "With LREO, we're starting a new and exciting chapter of our business.
